The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) established by Proclamation No. 157/2010 to achieve its objectives, it is working to implement procurement and sales activities with transparency, accountability, quality, fair pricing (market price), and a focus on economic benefits, making a significant contribution to the development of the region. Additionally, it is providing various technical support for government offices and public development institutions regarding procurement and sales issues.
